EUCS
This year's edition is approved by EUF! This means that if your team wants to be ranked for the European Ultimate Club Season (EUCS), this is possible. More information can be found here.
Prize Pool
As mentioned earlier, the winners of Rising High 2025 will be guaranteed entry to the next edition of Rising High and will receive 7 players' worth of discount for the next organized edition. The rules are as follows:
- At the end of the tournament, the highest-ranking non-Force Elektro team will receive a voucher worth 7 RH2025 player tickets, worth €525, to the next organized edition of Rising High.
- Both the Open and Women division will receive a voucher.
- The voucher will be sent out to the appointed contact person after the tournament has concluded and can be used at sign-up to the next edition.
- The voucher will be given out on a team basis. The voucher can only be used by the same team in the next edition. The voucher can not be passed to another team without prior approval by the Rising High organization.
- Force Elektro (partial) teams are not eligible to participate.
- If a team consisting of multiple partial teams wins, the voucher will be split among the teams involved, based on the ratio of the players on the rosters, pick-up players are taken into account the same way. In accordance with rule 5, Force Elektro Partial teams will not receive the voucher. If a team consisting of multiple partial teams wins, and Force Elektro makes up one of those teams, the voucher will be split among the remaining teams, excluding Force Elektro.
- If the voucher is split amongst partial teams and pick-ups, the money is split according to the ratio of players involved.
- The voucher can only be used for the next organized edition, not any subsequent editions. If your team decides to not go to the next edition, the voucher will be voided.
- If the winning team is not able to make the next edition, the tickets will not be turned into a monetary refund. If a team signs up using the voucher, but does not reach the worth of the voucher by signing up with less than 7 players, the remainder of the voucher will not be turned into a monetary refund.
Location
Rising High takes place at Sportpark Tanthof. There are 3 grass soccer fields and 3 artificial grass soccer fields at this complex. Games, camping, dinner and party are all at the same site.

Payment Policy
Rising High is organised without a team fee. To confirm your spot at Rising High, we expect you to transfer 7 player fees before the 11th of April (7x €75 = €525 for Early bird discount, 7x €80 = €560 for normal fee).
Before the 3nd of May you will have to lock in your roster and confirm the number of players. A week later, before the 10th of May, you must transfer the remaining player fees (total - initial payment).
Afterwards you will only be able to add or remove players in consultation with the organisation. Full refunds from this point on are not guaranteed.
Refund Policy
Unfortunately, we can not exclude the possibility that a major global event will interfere with the organisation of the tournament. Therefore, we have written the following refund policy regarding cancellation from either a team or the full tournament.
As we get closer to the weekend, the uncertainty decreases, which is good, but also forces us to make some financial commitments (book the fields, secure the food, etc.). Therefore we will have an adaptive refund policy. Our policy is to make as much as possible available to the teams. The closer we get to Rising High, the higher our costs. We strive to refund as much as possible, but below is what you'll most likely get refunded.
Tournament Refund
If we have to cancel Rising High due to factors that are out of our hands as an organisation, you will receive the following refunds:
- Before the 9th of May: you will receive 100% of your Player Fees.
- Before the 23rd of May: you will receive 50% of your Player Fees.
- After the 23rd of May: we will try to refund as much as possible, but taken our costs made into account we can't make any guarantees.
Team Refund
If you as a team have to cancel, because you no longer have the number of necessary players or for any other valid reason, you will not receive a guaranteed refund. Of course the organisation will try to still refund as much as possible, once we have finalised our finances after the tournament.
